Announcement of Fukushima Research Conference (FRC) “Workshop on Nuclear Hydrogen Safety (FRCHS2019)”

 Nuclear hydrogen safety including hydrogen combustion is one of the issues for the long-term storage of radioactive wastes in decommissioning of Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear Power Station.
 In the conference, to promote R&D on nuclear hydrogen safety, domestic and overseas experts on nuclear hydrogen safety will give lectures and presentations of their own information to participants in the field of hydrogen safety activities, analytical and experimental research, hydrogen mitigation using passive autocatalytic recombiner (PAR), and hydrogen combustion.
  In parallel, young researchers will present posters to exchange their R&D information among the participants and obtain feedback and motivation for continued R&D.
